Who we are and why we exist

AMP began when three friends, Chad Lamb, Jim Crook and Kyle Weichart, came together to purchase a small mechanical services contractor in northwest Ohio. Our goal was to establish a company that would become the best choice for commercial and industrial mechanical services in the region and beyond.

We pooled and coordinated our unique talents, abilities and experiences and developed a cohesive business model that serves us well as we are experiencing growth that, frankly, has exceeded all of our expectations. Through it all, our desire to be the best choice and to excel in customer satisfaction, has remained intact.

The outlook for AMP is to implement the same model on a national scale, as we believe we are the best choice for businesses nationally.

Based in Lima, Ohio, we are a full-service, mechanical services firm providing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, air compressor and automotive lift services to clients throughout the Midwest. We offer integrated, cost-effective solutions aimed at increasing productivity and minimizing waste. AMP serves a wide variety of industries including: automotive, petroleum, food and beverage, commercial and institutional.

We develop individual, cost-effective planned- and corrective-maintenance plans based on OEM recommendations, code requirements, measured values and performance indicators aimed at avoiding major repair costs, inefficiencies and downtime.

We exist to provide fast, reliable mechanical services to our clients, while upholding our Christian ethics and values without compromise.
