Jim Crook, Corporate Sales Director

Jim has been in commercial and industrial sales for nearly 30 years and enjoys the challenges that come with the job.

As Corporate Sales Director, Jim is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for Advanced Mechanical Plus. Jim’s passion is customer service and it shows. He makes it a point to stay in touch after the sale and coordinates with the home office to ensure that AMP is consistently exceeding expectations.

Jim and his wife, Julie, are very involved with their church, where Jim also serves as the mission coordinator. Together with his wife, Jim has two sons. Both married and have one child. Jim and his wife are enjoying this new phase in their life as they travel and visit with their grandchildren.

Chad Lamb, Service Operations Manager

Whether fixing toys, radios or VCRs for his family and friends, Chad has been repairing one- thing-or-another all his life. Since his early days working as a game repair tech at an amusement park, Chad has spent years in the field honing his skills. Helping people through difficult situations has always motivated him to become better.

As Service Operations Manager, Chad utilizes his vast experience in the industry to coordinate AMP’s technicians and develop an environment that maximizes the efficiency of AMP’s employees.

Chad has been a lay minister in his church for six years and has traveled overseas to five countries for mission work. Chad and his wife, Angie, have five children. As a family, they are very involved in their local church and enjoy day trips to museums and zoos.

Kyle Wiechart, Director of Finance and Business Development

From a young age, Kyle has been passionate about the world of business and finance.  Starting with real estate investing at the age of 18, Kyle has now been an active investor and business owner for over 10 years. Having owned six companies during that time, two companies have been sold for a profit while four others are continuing to grow.

As Director of Finance and Business Development, Kyle uses his experience and excitement to oversee business planning for Advanced Mechanical Plus.  He works hard to ensure the success of the business and plan for the future, allowing Advanced Mechanical Plus to offer its customers the best rates and service in the industry.

Kyle and his wife, Keri, have been married for 7 years and have a 2 year old child, Kallie.  They enjoy being involved with their church and love spending quality family time together.
